Pin Insulation Wear Test Device.

The Pin Insulation Wear Test Device assesses the abrasion resistance of the insulating sleeves on plug pins, per IEC 60884-1, by repeatedly moving a steel wire across the insulation under load.

Wear runs at 30 ± 1 cycles/min under a 4 ± 1 N load for an adjustable count up to 999999. ULMEKA designs and manufactures the device; load and cycle settings are configured on request.
