ULMEKA is an engineering company that designs and manufactures test systems for defense, aerospace, automotive and industrial applications, operating across Turkey and the United Kingdom. We have been active in Turkey since 2016 and registered in the United Kingdom since 2020, with offices in Ankara and London.

Our work centres on test systems engineered to specific standards — MIL-STD-810, IEC 60529, IEC 60068, ISO 20653, RTCA DO-160 — and on custom mechatronic engineering for clients whose requirements do not fit a catalogue specification. We approach each project as an engineering problem first, a deliverable second.

ULMEKA operates across both locations as a single engineering company.

The starting point of every project is a conversation with the customer — usually about a test requirement, a compliance objective or a problem with an existing setup. From there, we agree on scope and deliverables in writing before any design or manufacturing work begins.

We do not publish prices, lead times or stock availability. Each project is quoted against its specific requirements after we have understood what the customer actually needs. This is intentional — engineering work doesn't fit a "buy now" model, and pretending otherwise misleads both sides.
