The muffle furnace<\/strong> is a versatile laboratory furnace, capable of reaching temperatures up to 1100\u00b0C, 1200\u00b0C, and 1300\u00b0C. It is designed for material testing, heat treatment, and firing ceramic and stoneware samples. This furnace can be used in laboratories, educational institutions, ceramic studios, and industrial laboratories.<\/p>\n

The furnace is benchtop-type and comes with a built-in chimney for air extraction, which helps extend the life of the heating element and furnace. The heating elements are coiled around ceramic tubes and placed on both sides of the chamber to ensure excellent temperature uniformity and fast heating. The muffle furnace features ceramic fiber insulation, providing faster heat-up times and reduced energy consumption.<\/p>\n

It has a horizontal side-swing door (with the option to open the door upwards). The control panel with an LCD screen is located at the bottom of the furnace. There is a switch that cuts off the power to the heaters when the lid is opened.<\/p>\n
